STRATEGIC TEAM BUILDING, 2020

The Syracuse Sport Business Conference (SSBC) was created by undergraduate SU students (and backed by Syracuse University's Falk College) to create an intimate setting where sport and business can interact in an educational environment that promotes career growth among attendees. I joined the founding group to spearhead platform presences, brand development and talent acquisition for  the inaugural conference. Here's the strategic talent development initiative that I undertook to position SSBC for long-run engagement, relevance and flexibility, despite COVID-19 cancellation.

IT STARTS WITH TALENT
